DESCRIPTION:The annual business meeting of Ponderosa Aero Club\, Inc. will be held on Saturday\, April 25 at 11:00 AM. \nThe agenda for the annual business meeting will include the following: \n\n General Manager Report\n Financial Report\n Bylaws Updates/Revisions\n Ratification of General Manager\n Election of the 2020 Board of Directors\n\nThe annual business meeting is open to all members of Ponderosa Aero Club.  Voting is limited to Active and Lifetime members only.  Associate\, Family\, and Spousal members are welcome to attend the meeting\, but are not allowed to vote per the corporation bylaws. \nThe meeting will be conducted remotely using Zoom.  Please get Zoom setup in advance of the meeting as we plan to start at 11:00 AM sharp! \nSee Club Member News for Meeting ID and Password! \nPonderosa Aero Club’s annual backcountry ground school will follow the annual meeting at 1:00 PM at the same location as the annual meeting.
