Do you own an aircraft and looking to subsidize your flying costs? Or a low time pilot looking to buy a plane and can’t afford the insurance yet? Ponderosa Aero Club might be the place for you! As a non-profit club, it is a complete pass through on what you make or lose each month on your aircraft. The club takes nothing out of your aircraft sales and it is simply signed onto a leaseback agreement. You are responsible for maintenance, fuel, insurance, and tie down fees but will receive money each month from members flying your aircraft.
Bringing your aircraft into the club has many benefits such as,
-Having your aircraft be properly maintained by club staff.
-Billing handled from members to you each month.
-The extra cash flow being brought in from members flying your plane.
-You are signed onto our group insurance policy which greatly benefits low time pilots.
-We have ample tie down space here at the Boise airport.
-Depending on insurance requirement you can set whatever requirements you feel comfortable with.
-Cheaper membership dues.
